Coverage and freshness

GDELT-sourced articles retained by the pipeline for supported commercial-real-estate and data-center searches. This is not the whole web or the full GDELT feed. Publisher article text is withheld by default.

Limits

• No search matches can reflect missing coverage; they do not prove that nothing was reported.
• Adverse flags and negative tone are screening signals, not verified allegations or KYC clearance.
