This Privacy Policy explains how CMD+RVL, operated by Foodtruck AI, LLC, collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information from visitors and users of cmdrvl.com.

Personal Identification Information

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, mailing address, or phone number. This may happen when you subscribe to updates, submit a form, contact us, or participate in other site activities. You may visit the site without providing personal information, but some requests or features may not be available without it.

Non-Personal Identification Information

We may collect technical information about visits to the site, including browser type, device type, operating system, and connection details. This information helps us understand site performance and improve the visitor experience.

Browser Storage and Analytics Choice

CMD+RVL does not load Google Analytics, send analytics measurement requests, or set analytics cookies unless you select Allow analytics. Declining stores only your choice in your browser so we can continue to honor it. Your choice expires after six months, at which point we ask again.

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies on cmdrvl.com to distinguish visits. We limit those cookies to one year from the initial choice and do not renew their expiration on each page load. You can configure your browser to refuse or delete cookies.

Website Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site traffic, including which pages are read, where visitors arrive from, and approximate region and device type. Google acts as a sub-processor for this data. See sub-processors for the full disclosure.

Both the analytics script and its measurement beacons are proxied through our own CDN, so your browser only ever connects to cmdrvl.com and never to googletagmanager.com or google-analytics.com. We do this so the site keeps rendering inside locked-down corporate networks that block third-party domains. It does not change the fact that Google processes the resulting measurement data.

Requests necessarily include network information such as an IP address. Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store individual IP addresses, but it processes request data to derive approximate location and device information.

We permanently deny Google consent for advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization. We also disable Google Signals and advertising-personalization signals in the site tag. We do not send names, email addresses, or account user IDs to Google Analytics, and we run no advertising or remarketing tags on this site.

Your browser's Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal overrides a stored approval. When either signal is active, we do not load the Google tag or send analytics measurement requests.

Your Analytics Choice

You can allow, decline, or change your analytics choice at any time. Revoking a prior approval immediately disables analytics, removes accessible Google Analytics cookies, and reloads the page without the Google tag.

If JavaScript is disabled, analytics remain off and no choice is needed.

AI Training

Nothing you submit through this site is used to train AI models, by us or by any provider we use. Form submissions are relayed to our inbox and are not fed into model training. The PBIX auditor performs deterministic metadata extraction; no AI model processes uploaded files. There is no AI training setting to find and turn off, because the flow does not exist. If this ever changes, this policy will say so before it does.

This statement covers information collected from visitors. Separately, we allow AI systems to read and learn from our published public content, such as blog posts and data pages, and we say so in our llms.txt.

How We Use Collected Information

CMD+RVL may use your info to:

• Improve customer service: Information helps us respond to requests and support needs more effectively.
• Enhance the site: Feedback and usage signals help us improve the site and related services.
• Communicate with you: We may use your email address to respond to inquiries, send requested information, provide updates, or send occasional news or promotional messages. You can opt out of marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in those messages.

Protecting Your Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information submitted through the site.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. Information reaches a third party only when a service provider needs it to operate the site: cloud infrastructure delivers contact form submissions to our inbox, and, if you allow analytics, Google processes measurement data as described above. Files you upload to interactive tools on this site, such as the PBIX auditor, are processed in memory to produce the result shown to you and are not stored.

Third-Party Websites

The site may link to third-party websites. CMD+RVL does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or policies.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

CMD+RVL may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
