Coverage and freshness

SEC EDGAR filing metadata in the configured database. Confirm available tools, registry mappings and dataset scope during provisioning.

Limits

  • A filing index result is not the document's full contents or a validation of the filing.
  • Zero matching rows under a filter do not prove that no filing exists.
  • Entity lookup depends on the configured registry and CIK mappings.
  • Access uses an API key. OAuth discovery is not available; confirm client setup when requesting access.
