Before the call.
A sample report or a quick description of how the work gets done gives us somewhere to start. Include the person who knows the process if they can join.
We’ll discuss what you’ve tried and what would make the work easier. If a workshop would help, we’ll agree on what to tackle in the session.

After the call.
- What happens after the discovery call?
- If a workshop would help, we’ll book about four hours with one founder, online or at your business in the Philadelphia area. You’ll leave with a first working version or a clear plan, including the sources used and what to do next.
- Can we keep working together after the workshop?
- Yes. We offer monthly sessions, weekly sessions with work between meetings, or a retainer with both founders. We’ll recommend a pace based on how much help your team needs.
